JOB REQUIREMENTS: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Urgent Care - 37374 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 90% FTE, Days and hours are to be determined based on coverage needed within our urgent care clinics. Various shifts between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am - 6:00 pm on weekends/holidays. Urgent Care is open 365 days a year. This position will work up to 45% evenings and weekend shifts. Holidays are assigned on a rotating basis. If Physician Assistant: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree from accredited PA Program. Licenses and Certifications : Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure If Nurse Practitioner*: * Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND * Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice.
