JOB REQUIREMENTS: This individual will be providing new business support for life insurance products. They will develop product knowledge and customer service skills to interact with agents. - Will provide customer policy activities for new business or renewal policies and policy changes - Completes system entry process for new policies or policy changes for multiple systems - Researches inquiries from customers and/or agents - Generate letters, correspondence and policy documents as needed - May grow within the role and support the call center operations when the call demand exceeds forecast or problem escalation requires assistance ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Insurance experience preferred - Call Center experience preferred - Typing of 30wpm+ - Experience using Outlook - Attention to detail - Ability to work in a team environment - Customer service experience ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: https://www.spherion.com/jobs/insurance-new-business-processormadison44154452/ This position is listed by a private employment agency.
