JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: Hotel Housekeeper: Among other assigned tasks, a Hotel Housekeeper is responsible for cleanliness and sanitation standards at the Fluno Center. This position has direct contact with our customers and requires excellent customer service abilities. The position works under the supervision of a the hotel Housekeeping Supervisor. Responsibilities: Cleans and attends to guest\'s needs in rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and replacing amenities. Stocks supplies and reports damages/repairs to supervisory staff and cleans building common areas. 80% Cleans rooms as assigned and according to guest requests 5% Cleans and maintains hallways and common guest areas 5% Maintains organization of supply areas and equipment and requests additional supplies as needed 5% Documents and reports repairs, violations, and other building needs 5% Directs relations and interactions with customers to accommodate their needs Institutional Statement on Diversity: Diversity is a source of strength, creativity, and innovation for UW-Madison.
