JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description Overview Johnson Financial Group is looking for a Financial Advisor Intern for Summer 2025 in Madison! As a Financial Advisor Intern with Johnson Financial Group Financial Advisors, you will get a well- rounded, hands-on experience working in our Consumer Wealth department with several experienced Financial Advisors. You will experience what it\'s like to be an advisor within a financial institution as well as work behind the scenes to understand what it entails to support a high-performing advisor sales team. Plus, you will get extensive exposure to members of Leadership across Wealth as well as other departments at Johnson Financial Group. During this internship you will: Attend weekly Sales and Operations team meetings Attend client meetings with a financial advisor Assist financial advisors in preparing for client meetings and running their business Gain exposure to financial planning software including eMoney and MoneyGuidePro Gain experience creating retirement plans Attend industry and advisor development trainings Study and obtain the Securities Industry Exam (SIE) Work on assigned projects Qualifications: Actively seeking a degree in financial planning, marketing, finance or related field Junior or Senior standing Minimum GPA of 3.0 Member of a financial or investment organization a plus Duration: 10 weeks; June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025 Salary: \$18.00/ hourAbout Us Johnson Financial Group\'s guiding values and principles are the reasons our associates truly enjoy working for a privately held, family-owned bank.
