About the Role:
Windstream’s team of Facility Provisionersare vital team members whoworkwithinternal and external groupsto ensure Windstream’sfacility records are kept current withWindstream’sgrowing and evolving network. Our team ofFacility Provisionerscare aboutdeliveringnewtechnologyand connecting customers to products they value. Throughsupporting engineering, sales, and field operations, ourFacility Provisioners work to ensure a great customer experience.
What You’ll Do :
Create the facility inventory in MIROR using OSP schematics,Jobtracinformation and forms.
Update the facility inventory in MIROR as physical changes are made in the outside plant due to customer migrations, Road moves and other facilityimpactingprojects.
Generate cut/groom information for the field or splicers for network improvements/changes.
Provide various support for OSP Engineering, BroadbandEngineering, Assignment, Sales,and Local Operations team. This includes providing reports from various systems, corrections to data, building potential service records, emergency cuts and other tasks asrequired.
SMB GPON/FTTP- Support pre-sales and after sales activity including Sold Orders and fullfiberpolygon builds.
Do You Have?
Associate Degreein a technical discipline and 2-3 years technical/telephony experience; or 4+ years ofdirectly relatedtelephony experience, or an equivalent combination of education anddirectly relatedtelephony experience.
PC skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Highly self-motivated personality

The starting compensation range for this job is $34,400 to $43,800.
