The Director, Product Management is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the team and the products areas supported. Their responsible product areas could be a set of digital solutions. The Director, Product Management acts as the primary liaison to the business, coordinating the digital solution roadmap for their area working with key stakeholders. This position enjoys both the strategic work of finding the best solution and the implementation work of how best to bring it to life for maximum impact. This person excels at working with business stakeholders across the organization to bring new tests to life by working with the following pillars: ordering, sample acquisition, labs, report access, problem cases, and billing. This role works cross-collaboratively to define and execute on a digital product roadmap (including 3rd party and internally developed technology solutions) that will maximize business, growth, and growth protection objectives of cancer screening and precision oncology tests, as well as allow for flexibility to address changing market dynamics. The role requires someone that possesses strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence multiple stakeholders and leaders. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide strategic leadership and set the strategy for the product areas within the team\'s scope and effectively communicate strategy to the team.
