This role will lead a team of data scientists and analysts in developing and deploying advanced predictive models to advance data-driven decision-making focused on improving clinical outcomes and optimizing risk stratification processes for a provider-sponsored health plan. Collaborate with senior executives, clinical teams, actuarial teams, and provider sponsor data teams to identify business challenges and opportunities where data science can provide solutions Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists and analysts responsible for designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling to support risk stratification, clinical outcomes, patient engagement, and operational efficiency Ensure successful integration of predictive models into business processes, providing actionable insights to improve care delivery and patient outcomes Ensure the integrity, quality, and accuracy of data used in predictive model development and outputs Monitor and evaluate the performance of predictive models in production, ensuring they meet the intended objectives and comply with regulatory requirements Drive the evaluation and selection of advanced analytics tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance the organization\'s data science capabilities Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets, uncover trends, and generate actionable insights; communicate complex data science concepts and model results to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related discipline;...
