JOB REQUIREMENTS: Data Analyst - Workforce Analytics - 32623 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Data Analyst - Workforce Analytics to join our new and growing team to: * Analyze workforce trends and patterns related to hiring, retention, performance, and other key metrics; deliver analytics solutions, tools, and presentations to stakeholders based on analysis. * Support workforce planning through analysis of a variety of internal and external sources, analytic methods, visualizations, modeling techniques and benchmarks. * Consult with stakeholders to and support HR and organizational decision-making processes through data-driven insights. Four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree in addition to the experience listed below. Preferred - Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Informatics, or other relevant field.
