The Construction Project Manager I supports the construction management team by: Clearly communicating project requirements, organizing internal and external meetings, and interpreting construction documents. Ensuring project success through effective job cost control and risk management. Maintaining project quality by preparing monthly reports, reviewing sub-contractor scopes of work, evaluating shop drawings, and addressing open punch list and warranty items. Upholding client commitments by managing and updating project schedules and safety initiatives. Enhancing client and subcontractor relationships. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified candidates will have the following: Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or four years of relevant experience in place of a degree). Internship experience in design-build or construction. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with Procore (preferred). Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams. High initiative and passion for learning.
