JOB REQUIREMENTS: Clinical Operations Assistant, Surgical Services - 32675 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, day shift. 40 hours per week between the hours of 7:00AM - 5:00PM. The surgical team at UW Health performs more than 12,500 inpatient and 8,000 outpatient and 5,000 pediatric inpatient/outpatient procedures each year. Their expertise spans 17 medical specialties. Bring your administrative expertise to help support this amazing surgical team! We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to: * Work in both Pre and Post Op, Ambulatory Procedure Center (APC) and Gastroenterology (GI). * Create and maintain schedules for departmental staff including communicating with the leadership team to ensure appropriate staffing. * Facilitate CPR/ACLS courses for department. * Maintain vacation calendars, paging lists and other documents.
