JOB REQUIREMENTS: Clinical Informaticist - 34131 Work Schedule : This is a full-time position scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department, off hours may be required. This is a hybrid position with an on site work location at 1212 Deming Way (this is not a fully remote position). We are seeking a Clinical Informaticist to: * Use your expertise in clinical practices, data analysis, and quality/safety improvement to lead the design of cutting-edge technology solutions that elevate patient care and streamline clinician workflows. * Be the go-to expert for clinicians and care teams, sharing insights and leading the way in optimizing technology use. Required * Demonstrated success influencing and supporting operational partners with organizational change management. Required * Demonstrated success leading the improvement of platforms, standards, and processes leading to increased operational excellence, elimination of waste, and reduced technical debt. Required * Demonstrated success forming and sustaining collaborative, trusted-advisor relationships with stakeholders and IS colleagues. Required * 5 years of progressive clinical experience and/or informatics-related experience Preferred * Project management experience Preferred * Involvement in quality improvement initiatives Preferred * Demonstrated suc ess developing curricula and delivering education that supports adult learning needs and/or optimizes use of IT for medium to large-scale solutions.
