Job Description

Commercial and Disaster Restoration - expected to enter various buildings or facilities to provide services ranging from basic cleanup to large-scale cleanups. Work can be conducted both indoors and outdoors, in all conditions. The majority of the work involves commercial apartment complexes and office buildings, focusing on finishing tasks rather than heavy labor. The role involves handling a majority of the interior finish work for painting on new commercial projects and tenant turnovers.

Pay Range:

$20-$27+ per hour (depending on skills, tenure, lead/foreman experience, and interview performance).

Hours:

• Typically 40-50 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.

• Performance reviews at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with subsequent annual reviews for potential pay increases.

After becoming a direct hire, the foreman will be placed on a rotating on-call schedule.

• 2-person crew for on-call duty.

• 1.5X pay for calls before 9 PM, 2.0X pay for calls after 9 PM.

• On-call duty is one week per month, subject to change based on crew size.

• Typically receive 1-2 calls per week during on-call periods.
