JOB REQUIREMENTS: Behavioral Health Clinician/Clinical Psychologist - Primary Care, Pediatrics - 26470 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This position will work at 20 S Park St. Pay : * External hires may be eligible for up to a \$3,000 sign on bonus. We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician or Clinical Psychologist to: * Collaborate with other medical professionals in a fast-paced environment. * Provide brief evidence-based interventions. * Provide short, but intense follow-up. * Connect patients to resources. * Use outcome-based models to track patient improvement. Work Experience : If Behavioral Health Clinician: * Two (2) years of experience in a health care environment in a patient/client contact role If Clinical Psychologist: * One (1) year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience Licenses and Certifications : If Behavioral Health Clinician: * Relevant license and/or certification or license/certification eligible as a Mental Health provider as required in the State of Wisconsin (i.e., Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor-LPC, Licensed Clinical Social Worker-LCSW, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-LMFT) If Clinical Psychologist: * Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Other: Applicants ONLY to apply via URL link provided!
