JOB REQUIREMENTS: Come with work a cohesive, supportive team in the CCS GROW program! The Behavioral Health Care Coordinator position works within the CCS program for Dane County, providing robust and comprehensive care for people with mental health and/or substance use recovery. This includes community based direct services with clients and their systems, creating individually tailored recovery plans, assessments, and services to fit their needs. Experience Required Experience in related behavioral health field. Commitment to work toward improving cultural diversity and inclusion. Strong commitment to principles of recovery and to facilitating consumer participation in treatment/service planning and provision. Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treatment of mental health and co-occurring disorders. Experience in community-based mental health and substance abuse assessment, case management, treatment planning and crisis resolution. Ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing). Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary team with a positive and creative attitude. Ability to work independently with highly developed organizational skills and ability to multitask. Superior ethics and interpersonal boundaries as evidenced by experience in community-based work with related professional references. Preferred Master\'s degree in a behavioral health field, accruing 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience. Bilingual (must be able to pass Alta Language Proficiency Test) o Spanish o Hmong o Khmer o American Sign Language (ASL)- Fluent in American Sign Language.
