JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Assistant Director of the Marketing Leadership Institute (MLI) plays a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Institute\'s programs, services, and initiatives. This position is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of marketing-related educational events, alumni engagement activities, and applied learning experiences aimed at fostering student success in marketing careers. The Assistant Director works closely with university departments, external agencies, students, and alumni to respond to inquiries and create valuable opportunities for students. Under broad administrative direction, the Assistant Director manages policies, procedures, and logistical operations to align with the Institute\'s mission. The role involves overseeing marketing communications, developing educational programs, coordinating career treks, and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive work environment that supports diversity and equity. This position requires a strategic thinker who can lead with agility and innovation to meet the evolving needs of students and stakeholders within the marketing industry. Responsibilities: Oversees the daily management of programs, services, activities, facilities, policies and/or processes in order to support student success in various areas of student affairs. Works under broad, administrative direction with significant responsibility for assigned area(s) of responsibility. Responds to inquiries from University departments, educational institutions, the community, and/or external agencies.
