Position Overview The Advocacy and Alliances Coordinator manages advocacy screening initiatives and grants including the FOCUS program grants, Donation Program-Grants, travel grants, and other initiatives as identified, ensuring seamless implementation of these programs. Responsibilities include internal grant administration, grantee on-boarding, customer support, technical assistance, and grant evaluation with the primary goal being leveraging these programs to advance organizational screening and disease state objectives. Building and maintaining strong external relations through grant delivery, education, advocacy, and health equity is a key function of the Medical Affairs department. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Ensure alignment with the Corporate Impact team for advocacy initiatives. Launch Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for various advocacy programs. Recruit and manage proposal reviewers for grant applications. Inform Exact Sciences regarding the awards and onboard new grantees. Manage learning collaboratives to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among grantees. Oversee program evaluation to assess effectiveness and impact. Lead the program implementation and enhancement of advocacy program initiatives including FOCUS program implementation, Donation Program- Cologuard, Cologuard Classic travel grants, and additional initiatives in alignment with overall Medical Affairs objectives. Handle processes related to RFPs, approvals, notifications, and tracking of multiple grant programs. Collaborate with relevant departments, such as Compliance, Corporate Impact, Government Affairs, Health Equity, and advocacy departments in other business units to ensure objectives and processes align with broader organizational goals, requirements, and functions.
