Mississippi Employer Quality Assurance Technician in Madison, Mississippi
Quality Assurance Inspector with leading experienc in Production. Supervising employees and managing skills to lead team of employees. Knowledge of food processing. The use of knives, scissors, and saws. Must be able to stand on concrete floor for 8 hours or more, be able to stack tubs, lift boxes weighing 40 to 70 lbs. Be able to sort and styling meat on a belt. Ability to work in cold environment of 40 to 45 degrees. Will perform various duties during the process of poultry to include evisceration.
