Aerotek, voted Best of Staffing , is hiring a Construction Project Manager to work with a local Construction Company here in the area!!

Description:

• Double Check Estimates

• Ordering Products

• Communicating with customer on schedule

• Hiring sub crews

• Tracking hours for all crew and employees, getting annual agreements signed by sub crew leaders and assuring that every work order that is sent out has the insurance agreement signed per job

• Job Costing for every job within 48 hours after completion of the walk around

• Excellent communication skills and team player attitude with peers, sales and office staff, self-motivated

• Required to enter in any required data into company software

• At the completion of each job a walk around with customer is required and collection of the final payment. This is a fast-paced work environment.

• Oversees the day to day workflow of production staff.

• Manages supervisory production staff.

• Go to all company meetings as required.

• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

• Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
