Conagra Human Resources Manager - Macon, Missouri in Macon, Missouri
Reporting to our Senior Director of Human Resources, you will manage human resources, employee relations and labor relations at our Conagra Brands Macon, Missouri facility, producers of Marie Callender, Banquet, Healthy Choice, Hungry-Man, and more. You will be responsible for several areas of human resources at our site of approximately 400 employees such as safety, recruiting, labor relations, training, EEO/AAP, benefits, employee relations, compensation, and continuous improvement. You will guide top management in the implementation of talent and HR activities and administration of existing programs following procedures including EEO compliance.
What Impact Will You Have on our Business?
Provide direction and counsel regarding human resources aspects of plant operations
Manage employee relations through issue resolution phase
Lead talent management, succession planning, organizational development, and organizational effectiveness plans
Handle all phases of the staffing process including requisition, recruiting and onboarding
Lead in the implementation and auditing of procedures
Analyze training needs. Lead the development and administration of training programs
Manage regulatory compliance efforts
Lead culture in assessment processes and provide direction on implementation of action plans
Lead year-end processes including performance management and salary planning
Do You Have What it Takes?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment
5 years experience supervising direct reports within a plant setting
Demonstrated experience with ERISA, EEOC and DOL regulations, employment sourcing, communications, human relations, and management skills
Demonstrated experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development
Project management experience
Experience with Workday, UKG or other HRIS
Experience developing relationships with internal customers, peers and manage those relationships.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
