Down East Community Hospital Respiratory Care Director in Machias, Maine
The Respiratory Care Director plans, organizes and leads the activities of the department, performs multidisciplinary procedures and provides technical assistance to the staff.The director exercises independent judgement in the interest of CCH and the department.
CRT credential and State of Maine RRT license required within 3 months. Clinical experience in respiratory care required. Ability to lead staff, develop strategic plans, projects, equipment purchases, budgets and resource management are a must.
Provides a safe working and treatment environment in the department.
The Director will be a working director and expected to work some shifts with the other duties as needed.
