Adecco is currently recruiting for Production Operators in the Macedonia, Ohio area. .

The Production Operator knows and understands the proper and safe handling of equipment needed to perform the job, ensuring that a quality part is produced in an efficient amount of time. The Production Operator needs to have the ability to provide 100% inspection of goods prior to and after processing. The Production Operator must ensure the quality of the products meets the customer’s specifications. All of this is done in a professional manner in an efficient amount of time. Excellent hand and eye coordination is preferred.

This Role Offers:

• Pay starts at $17 an hour.

• Monday-Friday (7am-3:30pm)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

• Responsible for operating assigned machinery in an efficient and timely manner as directed by the Department Lead or a member of the Management Team to meet production needs.

• Responsible for understanding the assigned equipment and the manufacturer's guidelines according to safety, production requirements and performance.

• Responsible for maintaining their work area, including general housekeeping for the surrounding area.

• Responsible for ensuring the availability of the work order, reading it completely, and following instructions detailed on the work orders and all related documentation.

• Maintains high quality standards for produced products and communicating with the Department Lead and/or a member of the QC team of potential problems.

• Responsible for notifying the Department Lead when assigned work order is completed.

• Adheres to rules and procedures as outlined in the Joslyn employee handbook.

• Maintains high quality standards for assembled products and communicates with the Department Lead and/or Quality when potential problems arise.

• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High school Diploma or Equivalent.

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

• Must be able to read and assemble to blueprints.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
