Machine Builder ($19-$24/hr.)

Job Description

We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for our 1st shift (7:30am-4:00pm). This role requires occasional overtime and Saturday work. The pay rate ranges from $19-$24 per hour. The candidate will build custom machines from start to finish, refurbish existing machines, read blueprints and schematics, use hand and power tools, and build crates and skids for shipping. Training will be provided on troubleshooting and repairing machines. The role involves using basic math skills (ratios, weights, metric system), testing machines, mounting sensors, and pneumatic components, using cut-off saws, bending equipment, and drill presses. Daily organizational meetings require active participation. The candidate will also identify and work with wires, ensuring proper connection and locking into devices.

Work Environment

Small shop with 15 total employees. The candidate will wear multiple hats and undergo extensive training. The industry is unique, and the candidate will build and refurbish industrial printers for various industries, such as printing logos on buckets and pails or inside bottle caps. All builds are custom.
