Job Summary:

Fulfillcommon Identity and Access Management (IAM) activities as it pertains to Crane A&E’s Employee Resource Lifecycle (ERL) and general change requests through our Information Technology Services Management (ITSM) platform. This includes the fulfillment of, but is not limited to, creating new accounts, moving / changing accounts, transfer of accounts, and leave of absences as it pertains to network user accounts that live in Crane A&E’s Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD). Act on ITSM incident and service requests that fall into Identity and Access Management ITSM queue. Fulfills end user requests that need access to respective / various enterprise applications and systems that interconnect and integrate with AD. First layer of support of IAM related questions and helps triage questions to more senior team members. Works closely with ERL and ITSM lead (or more senior Systems Administrators and / or Engineers) and reports directly to IAM IT Manager. Contributes to IAM documentation, team training and participation, andgeneral supportfor the team.

Essential Functions:

  • Authorize access requests through System Management Tools and ERP Systems ensuring adherence to all processes and procedures.

  • Authorize access requests adhering to processes, procedures and or SOX Compliance.

  • Administer telecom infrastructure, including the provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts, maintain the Interactive Voice Response System, and create phone templates.

  • Procure new and additional IT Software licenses to meet IT requirements, usage needs, and ensure timely renewal of existing licenses.

  • Create and maintain records relating to software purchasing, including order receipts,users, and costcenters.

  • Deliver IT support as assigned through ITSM systems, IT Hotline, or other communication channels.

  • Utilize Lean Methodology principles to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

  • Test and troubleshoot applications for assigned area utilizing the appropriate proceduresand technologies.

  • Interface with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and efficient procurement processes.

  • Administer MDM which includes adding, removing, and troubleshooting of iOS devices.

  • Provide support for project planning, implementation, and training related to the deployment of new applications and the enhancement of existing systems through upgrades.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Experience:0-2yearsofexperience in an Information Technology role;A+and/ or equivalent certification and / or1-2years of systems administration experience; Experience withActive Directory andOffice 365 strongly preferred

  • Knowledge:Knowledge ofActive Directory2008and above,Azure Active Directory,Office 365 Suite,Windows 10,MS Office, Windows Server/Desktop Platforms, AD, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP, NFS, VPN, LDAP; Solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts; Understanding of principles ofidentity, access,routing, client/serverinteroperability,and the design of consistent network-wideidentity architecture and infrastructure

  • Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work in a team environment; Ability to diagnose and resolve operating system,application,and hardware related problems; Ability to handle multiple problems and shifting priorities;Ability to solve problems quickly and completely;Ability to manage and prioritize multiple high impact projects;Outstanding documentation skills;Ability to identify tasks which require automation and automate them

  • Education/Certification:Associate orBSin Computer Science,Engineering,related field, or equivalent experience

  • Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications :

  • MCSA orAzure / M365 Certification

  • A+,Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and / orrelatedexperience

  • Specialized technical orBachelor’sdegree is preferred or equivalent experience.

Top Benefits:

Salary range: $54,000 to $84,073 Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
