We provide administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of lead-generation, marketing, billing and collecting payments from patients and insurers. About the Role
As the Lead Generation Researcher you will work to generate mental healthcare provider interest by digging into untapped platforms and get in front of professionals who may be interested in joining our growing collaborative group of providers.
The Lead Generation Researcher will be the initial point of contact for new providers, sourcing and maintaining a provider pipeline and initiate opportunities for conversions using multiple streams. You will keep an organized system with up to date information regarding contact, important milestones and notes for other members of the team.
The Lead Generation Researcher will be able to quickly and easily build a rapport with interested providers. They will excel in a fast-pace, goal driven environment. You will have a tenacious mentality and be self-motivated to meet your individual goals while helping meet the goals of your departments and the company as a whole.
Employ a number of recruitment tools and techniques to source and attract interest of quality providers looking to explore a private practice setting with Mindful Therapy Group.
Spend time assessing interested Providers, thinking critically about their ability to be successful as a business partner.
Partner with the peers in department to identify recruiting needs, track conversions for follow ups, and establish goals.
Think outside the box to cultivate new lead sources.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience in recruiting or sales
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-directed, proactive attitude, and ability to handle uncertainty
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM and other technology platforms
