Greater Lynn Senior Services On Call Front Desk Coordinator - Bilingual Spanish in Lynn, Massachusetts

Position Overview: The Front Desk Coordinator manages the fast-pace, busy lobby and reception area.

Position Responsibilities: The coordinator is responsible for greeting and directing all visitors, including vendor, clients, consumers and job candidates. The Coordinator must ensure compliance of building security and adhere to the sign-in and security procedures. The Coordinator will be responsible for answering a multi-line switchboard and connecting callers with the appropriate department or resource. The coordinator will handle administrative tasks, calendar management, mass mailings and accept company deliveries. Additional responsibilities include identifying individual's needs and guiding them in the right direction.

Qualifications:

*Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent required

*Minimum of two (2) years of recent, relevant experience in a fast-pace front desk or reception role required

*Previous work experience working with elder issues as well as adults with disabilities preferred

*Must possess a proactive, intuitive, patient and professional demeanor

*Bilingual Spanish required

*Ability to process information accurately

*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

*Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential materials with discretion

Hours:

On Call to cover for vacation time, sick time, and leave of absence
