Framatome Nuclear Plant Maintenance Specialist II-IV in Lynchburg, Virginia
Framatome is seeking a Nuclear Plant Maintenance Specialist II-IV, Electrical / Mechanical Technician to maintain automated welding, machining, EDM and control systems for our Lynchburg VA location and at customer sites throughout world.This role will provide support for replacement of major components such as steam generators, reactor vessel closure head and pressurizers, specialty welding and machining repairs to plant primary and secondary systems, reactor vessel internals repair, to include underwater EDM and remote hardware installation.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Setup, test, calibrate, troubleshoot, maintain and train personnel on remote weld, EDM, machining controls, audio and video systems in home office & customer sites.
Perform equipment maintenance activities in home office & at customer sites.
Maintain system documentation (Drawings, Schematics, Procedures and Manuals) and maintenance records.
Order parts and maintain spare parts BOM.
Use software to track parts and create required equipment lists for outages.
Inventory, stage and pack equipment for outages.

Nuclear Plant Maintenance Specialist II - Bachelor's Degree or directly related equivalent experience in lieu of degree, plus 2-4 years of closely related experience in mechanical/electrical work or in inspection/testing.
Nuclear Plant Maintenance Specialist III - Bachelor's Degree or directly related equivalent experience in lieu of degree, plus 5 years of closely related experience in mechanical/electrical work or in inspection/testing.
Nuclear Plant Maintenance Specialist IV - Bachelor's Degree or directly related equivalent experience in lieu of degree, plus 7 years of closely related experience in mechanical/electrical work or in inspection/testing.
Must have strong electrical / mechanical skill set and attention to detail.
Able to read schematics and mechanical assembly drawings.
Procedure use and adherence.
Minimum of 2 years of nuclear plant maintenance experience
Demonstrated leadership abilities and well developed interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Well developed problem analysis and resolution skills
Possess positive working attitude and ability to deal with change in a dynamic environment.
