Transport Scheduling Specialist

You are:

• Master degree in Logistics/TransportationBusiness/Supply chain management/Economics;

• English (intermediate level);

• Solid knowledge of MS office, particulary Excel;

• Experience in working with SAP would be a plus;

• A professional with customer-first mindset skills;

• Ability to work with others as a team player;

• Attentive to details and fast- learner;

• Good in communicationskills;

• Adaptable to change and cope in fast-paced environment 

With you we will:

• Taking appointment in Transporeon for Customer pick-up with confirmation of loading and/or unloading date and time to customers;

• Taking appointment in Transporeon for Raw Material deliveries with confirmation of unloading date and time to suppliers;

• Taking delivery appointments at customer's (by phone, emails or on customer's platforms);

• Performing process healthchecks on regular basis;

• Reporting activities;

• Resolution of customers', carriers' or suppliers' e-mail requests;

• Participates in the issues resolution that affects the performance or service in a cooperative way with the T-HUBs teams;

• Ensurance of adherence to compliance requirements according to Nestle standards;

• Analyze and check KPIs on quality of services provided and present during DORs/MORs;

• Utilize Continious Improvement principles to identify issues and development areas
