Business Analyst (IT)

You are: 

• University degree (bachelor/master/specialist: business, technical, mathematical or similar)

• Strong Analytical skills to enable Business Rules Analysis

• Strong Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, basic programming - to enable efficient Analysis

• Business experience in Master Data function is beneficial

• Experience in systems for the Management of Material Master Data Processes (Workflows, DQ KPIs, Material Creation and extraction)

• Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)

• Experience working in an Agile environment using design thinking methodology

• Understanding of modeling techniques

• Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies

• Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements

• Ability to think outside of the box and possessing an internal drive to continuously improve ways of working / processes

• Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization

• Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams

• English Upper Intermediate

With you we will: 

• Coordinate and align with stakeholders to meet project requirements and ensure effective change management.

• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical tasks, addressing expectations and resolving conflicting priorities.

• Support process mapping to identify change management needs and provide timely updates on risks and mitigation.

• Analyze and validate business rules, collaborating with various functions to maximize automation for global and local data.

• Create User Interface (UI) mock-ups, ensuring standardization and validation with relevant stakeholders.

• Develop clear and concise technical documentation, including specifications, requirements, process documentation, and user manuals.

• Translate technical concepts into non-technical language for easy understanding by stakeholders.

• Code business rules and create tech-code in SAP, including the use of decision.

• Conduct local IT and market end-user training, customized to meet specific market needs.

• Execute solution testing, document and address test incidents, and facilitate market testing for a successful go-live.
