If yes, then the Senior Product Manager role on our European Fulfillment Network team is for you. Our job is to optimize the EU cross-border sales to spin the Amazon flywheel faster, getting access to the widest selection and improving the delivery speed for our customers, while reducing our internal costs in an evolving supply chain landscape.
In this role, you will drive initiatives to enhance Amazon's cross-border capabilities, improve profitability, and deliver a great customer experience across our European stores. You will work on complex, ambiguous problems at the heart of Amazon's European supply chain, partnering with multiple technical and business teams to optimize our remote sourcing and fulfillment processes.
Key job responsibilities
As the Senior Product Manager for the European Fulfillment Network team, you will own and drive the product strategy for optimizing remote sourcing and fulfillment within the European retail cross-border flows. Your primary focus will be on identifying and eliminating defects, maximizing domestic supply of inventory into Amazon FC network and placing inventory closer to customers.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
5+ years of work experience in product management, with a track record of delivering results in complex environments.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience working with technical teams and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
Experience in e-commerce, supply chain, or logistics.
Knowledge of European markets and cross-border trade regulations.
Familiarity with Amazon's retail systems and processes, particularly in sourcing and fulfillment.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
