Get ready to step into the vibrant world of Real Estates! For our Occupiers department, we're currently looking for an Account Manager. You'll be responsible for the management and optimization of real estate portfolio. You'll get the chance to build and maintain contacts with an important network of real estate owners, developers, and corporate. CBRE is responsible for a wide range of services ranging from rental administration to strategic planning and transactions, the role of account manager is central and is the connecting link between the various disciplines. What’s in it for you?
You have regular contact with the customer to look at the portfolio at a strategic level. What will the customer's overall strategy do and how will this impact the existing network?
You draw up optimization plans, and you know how to present them clearly, showing the added value for the customer
You are the spider in the web and combine your analytical, communication and commercial skills. You therefore find it a challenge to be a link between your customer, landlords, authorities, and your internal colleagues. This position gives you a great opportunity to grow further within our organization
Let’s talk about you
You have a master’s degree in economics, finance, technical studies or equivalent with previous professional experience
You can analyse and manage contracts data and ensure business plans are based on complete and accurate property data
You have a particular interest in Real Estate, a friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills, capable to build a long-term relationship with clients
You have an excellent command of French or English
