Amazon Account Manager - German speaker, Automotive Team in Luxembourg, Luxembourg
Description
Amazon's Automotive category is seeking an Account Manager to support sellers in increasing their product compatibility coverage. In this role, you will work with sellers to help them leverage a new semi-automated solution that simplifies the process of adding vehicle compatibility data to their listings.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with a portfolio of DE and UK sellers to understand their fitment data needs and pain points
Leverage a new AI-powered solution to efficiently translate sellers' compatibility data into the Amazon-compatible format
Provide hands-on support to sellers in uploading their fitment information to Amazon, significantly reducing the time and effort required
Collect valuable seller feedback to continuously improve the AI-based solution and identify new opportunities for automation
Collaborate closely with the Product and Technology teams to ensure the solution meets the evolving needs of both sellers and customers
Monitor and report on KPIs such as fitment coverage improvements and sales impact
Basic Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Work experience in an account management, seller support, or customer success role, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address seller pain points
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, seller tools, and automotive industry dynamics
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI)
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the automotive or e-commerce industry
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning technologies
Knowledge of SQL basic, and/or web-oriented languages (Python, Html, Javascript,…) is a big plus
Project management experience, including the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams
