<p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Lutterworth Magna Park</p>

<p><strong>Hours&nbsp;</strong>Mon-Fri 10am-6pm</p>

<p><strong>Duration</strong>: Initial 3 month contract (with potential to become permanent)</p>

<p><strong>What you will do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Liaise and coordinate daily with our third party providers across the EU to ensure staffing volumes are aligned and fulfilled with our daily forecasted and planning requirements.</li>

<li>Support the EU Talent Acquisition team with all administrative tasks, completing swiftly and to a professional standard.</li>

<li>Actively share and promote internal roles across Sales and Operations, increasing awareness, referrals and direct applications.</li>

<li>Organise and coordinate inductions with our Training team for our new hires and temporary labour.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Conduct and share local market research on our competitors/ trends in the employment market.</li>

<li>Actively source talent across our specialisms to increase brand awareness and build a ‘warm’ candidate pipeline</li>

<li>Update and maintain process guides strengthening our resource library.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>What you will demonstrate:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Strong communication skills (in person, phone, email) with a &nbsp;passion for providing and enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.</li>

<li>Good prioritisation skills and multi task management.</li>

<li>The ability to pivot in an ever changing environment, whilst remaining calm and measured under pressure.</li>

<li>A natural curiosity, with the desire to continuously be learning.</li>

<li>Confident IT navigation skills, with the agility to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.</li>
