Attic and Crawlspace Solutions, LLC Energy Efficiency Technician in Lugoff, South Carolina
- Analyze home energy efficiency requirements--attic insulation needs, air sealing and duct sealing needs, etc. Communicate with homeowner regarding work to be performed.
- Make energy efficient improvements to homes throughout South Carolina; i.e., air seal, duct seal, insulation, etc.
- Evaluate the amount and type of insulation needed, measure and cut insulation to fit into walls and around pipes. Secure insulation with staples, tape, or screws.
- Seal/caulk areas within residential homes; i.e., sealing installed between door jambs, sealing at the bottom of a door, sealing receptacles and switch outlets in the interior, etc.
- Document (photos, online app, and paper) all work needed and completed (before and after).
The successful candidate must be able to complete the following:
- Travel in-state 3-4days each week
