Description:

This person can expect to spend 75%+ of their time on the floor. During this time they will be auditing, conducting problem solving activities to address open 8Ds and will help with setting up of new production lines to guarantee customer specs are met. They will report on issues IDed on the manufacturing floor and will work with other QEs, PEs/MEs to ensure issues don't repeat themselves. They will spend remaining time answering customer calls and documenting PPAP/APQP.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering & 2+ years exp OR 5+ years experience as a QE

• Experience documenting APQP and PPAP
