Position Description:
Manages a unit within a department. Plans, organizes and develops goals and procedures for the unit. Represent the unit to administrators, outside agencies and others on relevant matters. Supervises subordinate staff.

Major/Essential Functions:
Train new staff in all areas of event execution.
Liaison with event host to ensure guest satisfaction.
Communicate with Kitchen staff to coordinate timing for food pick-up and/or any specific instructions on events.
Work with event planners and administrative staff on coordinating event details. Assist with scheduling as necessary.
Follow up on events to ensure staffing, processes and guest satisfaction.
Coach, develop and document supervisors as needed.
Order beer, wine, and alcohol for TABC events.
Recruit and interview potential catering staff.
