Position Description:

Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions:

  • Manage collaborative scheduling for undergraduate courses utilizing Ad Astra to include Collaborating with the CARS Program Director and ADRS Program Director to develop and schedule a rotation of online course offerings

  • Reconcile procurement cards and process Purchase Orders

  • Assist with student recruitment

  • Assist with the collection and reporting of enrollment and SCH data using Cognos, Registrar Dashboard, Raiderlink, and other TTU system tools

  • Schedule live events for regional TTU campuses

  • Assist with various administrative tasks and financial record keeping to support the CARS and ADRS online program

  • Manage the physical appearance, physical coverage and organization of CFAS spaces

  • Process Travel expense pre-approvals, advances, and expense reports

  • Update online directories, email distribution lists, and emergency contact information

  • Serve as the Scholarship Coordinator

  • Process deposits

  • Provide support to the department and CARS program with various tasks as needed

The CFAS department is looking for a dedicated and self-motivated team member to assist the department and the CARS undergraduate program with business operations, administrative support and office assistance. The ideal candidate is willing to learn new software, able to handle multiple tasks at a time and maintains a positive and productive atmosphere through good communication and critical thinking.
