Position Description:

Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions:

Center for Financial Responsibility

  • Coordinate various administrative tasks for KEY Outreach, such as printing and organizing presentation materials, and sending reminders to KEY student volunteers and agency partners.

  • Input data related to KEY volunteers, including tracking training hours and presentation hours.

  • Assist in the procurement of catering for CFR events, which includes placing catering orders and completing required paperwork, including receipts.

Financial Planning Academy

  • Manage a comprehensive logistics tracking system, overseeing program documents, and maintaining regular communication with partner universities to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.

  • Strategize and implement marketing initiatives to promote the program's success in accordance with identity guidelines, which includes contributing to content creation for press releases, social media posts, and newsletters.

  • Foster the program's growth and achievement by actively recruiting high school participants, student workers, and professionals. This includes development and distribution of marketing materials, representing program at in-person events, review of applicants, distribution of acceptance packets, and communicating with parents.

  • Maintain open and consistent communication with parents throughout the application, acceptance, and registration processes.

  • Coordinate program events for all seven campuses, including the development of program schedules and activities.

  • Keep records of program participants, scholarship information, and demographic data for inclusion in annual reports to funders.

  • Assist in the development and execution of annual contracts. This includes working with funder, coordination with partner institutions and processing gift receipts.
