Our client, in Bay Minette is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the dynamic foundation supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, structured and be a team player which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Bay Minette, AL

Pay Range: $16.71/hr

What’s the Job?

• Utilize basic math to accurately read tape measures, gauges and other testing equipment

• Setting up machines which includes tooling

• 12 hour shifts, rotating

• Read factory orders and configure accordingly

• Monitor, adjust and control production machines

What’s Needed?

• 6 months of machine operating experience (Preferred)

• Stable job history with exceptional attendance record

• Ability to be on feet, lifting, crouching and bending for 12 hours

• Background Check and Drug Screen are required for this position

• Candidates with warehouse, or industrial experience are encouraged to apply
