Eliot Community Human Services Respite Mental Health Specialist II in Lowell, Massachusetts

Responsibilities:
Assist consumers in skill development,
Collaborate and develop IAP’s (Individualized Action Plans) with consumers and other staff when appropriate
Assist with community integration
Provide medication administration,
Support activities in the community,
Develop short term goals with consumers to assist with integration into the community.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle
Ideally 2-3 years prior experience working with adults having severe and persistent mental illness
Schedule:
- Friday-Sunday overnight (11pm-9am) - 2 vacancies
