The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about creating solutions grounded in a deep understanding of customer needs. You’ll have the opportunity to shape and drive our Compensation Management strategies, leveraging next-generation platforms to deliver innovative, AI-driven user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the product roadmap for our Compensation Management suite.
• Become the "go-to" expert in Compensation Management, engaging with compensation leaders and experts to understand their needs.
• Clearly communicate product vision and priorities to diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, leveraging interactions, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to shape product direction.
• Monitor product performance with relevant metrics, benchmarks, and usage data.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities while monitoring the success of current offerings.
• Stay informed of industry trends and compliance changes in Compensation Management.
• Collaborate on feature overviews, detailed designs, and prototypes using Agile methodologies.
• Build strong relationships and influence internal partners to achieve shared goals.
• Inspire engineering, UX, and delivery teams to create products that customers love.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of global HCM experience in product management, including a proven track record for delivering Compensation Management solutions for large customers with complex requirements.
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and break down complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities with consistency and transparency.
• Expertise in using data to minimize risks, make informed decisions, and drive customer success.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing actionable product strategies.
We love in person collaboration and we work in a hybrid model. 3 days on site in the office is required.

The pay range for this position is $126,300.00 to $181,500.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
