The Larson Group Mobile Service Coordinator in Lowell, Arkansas

The Larson Group Peterbilt, is looking for an experienced Mobile Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position's primary responsibility is to consult and advise TLG customers about their problems and oversee and direct Mobile Service Technicians on their mobile repair orders. Open Paccar Solution/Decisiv cases and work orders. Assist in the coordination and communication of the service department. Will perform a variety of tasks in the service and warranty departments. What We Offer: * Paid Time Off * Paid Holidays * Medical, Dental and Basic Life * 401K with employer contribution * Bi-weekly Pay Schedule * Opportunity for advancement and Career Development Responsibilities: * Open and close Paccar Solution/Decisiv cases and repair orders while providing all customer, vehicle and repair information needed for the work order. * Record, adjust and report mechanics time for repair orders and payroll. * Responsible for flat rate repair orders and all related billing accuracy. * Controls work in process, closes repair orders and responsible for keeping repair order closer rate of under 15 days and 5-day lag since last punch time. * Maintains GPM set by service manager on all repair orders. * Works with Technicians to maintain desired level of efficiency and productivity goals set by service manager. * Supervise and assist technicians with the diagnosis and repairs of their jobs. Bring technician problems to service manager's attention. * Ensure all information to file the warranty claim is documented and saved before submitting to the warranty department. * Ensure proper documentation is completed by technicians when checking in trucks. * Consult with the parts department on special order parts and sublet repairs. Qualifications: * Should possess a High School Diploma. * A College degree or a certificate from a trade school is preferred, but not required. * Experience in dealership service shop environment is strongly preferred but not required. *Please note this is a safety-sensitive position Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
