The Larson Group Building Maintenance Person in Lowell, Arkansas
The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for a Building Maintenance Person to join our dynamic team at our Lowell, AR location. This person is responsible for light maintenance and general upkeep of the dealership and its grounds. They will work closely with the General Manager and various contractors as needed. What We Offer: * Paid Time Off * Paid Holidays * Medical, Dental and Basic Life * 401K with employer contribution * Bi-weekly Pay Schedule * Opportunity for advancement and Career Development Responsibilities: * Maintain a clean work environment inside of our dealership for all departments. * Clean restrooms daily. * Trash removal throughout facility. * Maintain cleanliness and safety of our lot and grounds. * General building maintenance as needed. * Maintain landscaping and lawn work as needed. * Performs minor repairs as needed. * Operate company vehicles in a safe and legal manner. * Performs miscellaneous duties as needed. Qualifications: * Should possess a high school diploma. Experience in a related field is preferred but not required. * Must have a Valid driver’s license.
