Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join a premier manufacturing team in Loveland. This role involves managing administrative tasks, processing customer orders, and providing exceptional support to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Details:

Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Location : Loveland, CO

Pay Rate : $19.00/hour

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Hybrid Work Model: Once trained, work in-office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Tasks: Process administrative tasks via Salesforce Cases, including but not limited to processing purchase orders for renewals and new Service Partnerships, issuing invoice credits, executing Service Partnership adjustments, and building Service Partnerships.

• Customer Communication: Answer and return customer calls via a high-volume call queue.

• Data Management: Make necessary instrument installed base changes/updates.

• Documentation Support: Ensure the proper distribution of customer documentation (e.g., invoices).

• Issue Resolution: Investigate service-related issues and escalate through the proper channels of management to resolve.

• Multi-tasking: Work on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.

• Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed all assigned KPIs for quality and productivity.

• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as needed to support Service revenue in North America.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.

• Proficiency in Salesforce and/or Oracle is required.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle high-volume call queues.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Very computer literate with a strong ability to adapt to various software applications.

• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.

• Familiarity with customer documentation and service partnerships is a plus.
