We design, develop, and manufacture instruments for use in Life Science facilities monitoring, research, and clinical use and are looking for a System Test Engineering Lead for our Particle Counting and Characterization Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead performance characterization efforts on systems at various stages in the product development cycle to provide actionable insights to the broader development team.

  • Perform root cause investigations for testing failures.

  • Work with development team on design of automated tests and testing fixtures.

  • Perform impact analysis on design changes and propose regressions tests needed to ensure performance.

  • Write & execute test protocols. Analyze resulting data & create test reports for products at both the system and subsystem levels

    The required qualifications for the job include:

  • BS in in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or equivalent work

  • 5+ years of experience testing hardware and/or software systems

  • Experience working with and troubleshooting hardware and software.

  • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.

  • Steadfast focus on quality & continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or equivalent.

  • Experience working on projects that involve integrated software and hardware components.

  • Instrument development experience in the life sciences domain

The salary range for this role is $110K-$130K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
