About the Role:

The Global Service Portfolio Manager, High Growth Regions is an exciting, new role created to partner with our regional teams in building up and standardizing our service contract offering portfolio across the globe to service our fast-growing customer base. This position is part of the Hach’s Global Service Organization (500 associates) and will be located in our Loveland, Colorado office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to engage with High Growth Region (LATAM, MEA, South Africa, APAC) service teams to standardize and rationalize regional service offering portfolio to meet global standards

  • Ensure Scopes of Work (SOW) are consistent from region to region

  • Understand and provide updates on service revenue recognition regionally as well as globally by service offering

  • Own data analytics for global service margins to support service lifecycle team initiatives

  • Understand regional billing/invoicing needs and regulations for services

  • Provide support and partnership to our HGR regional service colleagues on portfolio lifecycle management

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a technical field, including Operations, Servicing, or Business.

  • 7+ years of experience in product or portfolio management

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to achieve shared goals

  • High level of communication skills with a consideration of regional and cultural nuances

  • Strong data analytic skills (data aggregation and compilation)

  • Understanding of profit margin analytics

  • Understanding of instrument servicing within a global B2B model

  • Flexibility for occasional international calls outside normal business hours

  • Potential international travel (1-2 times/year)

  • Oracle, Salesforce, Compass experience preferred
