We are seeking a talented Global Service Center Coordinator to provide best in class support to our customers, channel partners and the Global Service Team. The role will interact with customers over the phone and/or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action. Leveraging initiative, you may provide quotes, process service orders, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries. May provide in-house training on non-technical customer support.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Create and manage internal and external global customer RMA’s (return material authorization) in Service Max, SharePoint and Oracle that are received via email, phone or fax. Handling invoicing and issue of credit notes

  • Assist customers with pre-shipment authorizations and post shipment questions. Monitoring the delivery of inbound/outbound shipments

  • Must adhere to Quality Management System procedures and team objectives

    The required qualifications for the job include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience, commercial apprenticeship or comparable

  • 2 years successful direct customer service experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with Oracle/Service Max software applications

Location: Loveland, CO (Onsite)

The hourly range for this role is $22-$25/hour . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
