• Adhere to the highest standards of safety, security, and cleanliness

• Don your uniform with pride and keep your personal appearance as sharp as your knives

• Communicate with clarity and professionalism, even when the heat is on

• Flexibility to work across all kitchen stations, because variety is the spice of life!

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• 1-2 years of kitchen experience in catering or a similar high-volume environment

• The stamina to stand, walk, and perform culinary acrobatics throughout your shift

• The strength to lift, carry, and move with the grace of a ballet dancer (up to 25 pounds)

• A Food Handler Certificate from Louisville Metro Health Department/Servsafe Certificate to show you're serious about food safety
