Humana Inc. seeks Senior Product Owner in Louisville, KY.Duties: -Responsible for conveying product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog.-Liaise with stakeholders and the development team ensuring the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline.-Serve as the Agile team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision making.-Gather and document business system and functional requirements, influence system design to optimize support, and ensure solutions meet the business objectives and requirements.-Oversee the implementation, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team.-Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.-Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.-Manage the Repos for product source code and manage release pipelines for product code.-Collaborate with business partners to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.-Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including PMO, development, testing, and support teams.-Conduct bi-weekly product backlog review meeting with vendors.100% telecommuting permitted within the U.S. Up to 25% travel within the US is required.Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field. Requires 5 years of experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role.Requires 5 years of experience with each of the following skills:-Leading assessment of businesses processes to translate strategic vision to actionable implementation plan, developing strategic roadmap for technology optimization, and recommending actions to improve efficiency, establish interoperability, eliminate waste, and expand capacity.-Creating Business Capability Maps, developing technology roadmaps to support business capability needs, and translating technology roadmaps into executable projects by defining solution approaches.-Collecting and synthesizing data to analyze problem statements and developing as-is and recommended to-be process flows.
