We’re seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Supplier Quality – Supplier Productivity Program Manager to join our Supplier Quality Organization. This pivotal role is an opportunity to lead transformative projects, optimize processes, and create innovative frameworks for future productivity initiatives.

Senior Manager, Supplier Quality – Supplier Productivity Program Manager

Location

How You'll Create Possibilities

Project Execution (60%)

  • Lead and deliver on cost-out projects to achieve MCTO targets and organizational productivity goals.

  • Accelerate cost-saving initiatives across Supplier Quality while supporting cross-functional best practices.

  • Serve as a key coach and representative for sourcing, quality, and continuous improvement processes.

  • Provide expertise in large-scale projects, ensuring risk mitigation and execution efficiency.

Productivity Program Management (40%)

  • Support the development and onboarding of key roles, such as Packaging Engineers.

  • Partner with sourcing teams to implement optimized workflows for tolled and consigned materials.

  • Enhance current project tracking mechanisms to improve visibility and collaboration.

  • Drive cross-functional projects that enable total cost visibility and strategic sourcing alignment.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.

  • 7+ years of business experience focused on process improvement.

  • At least 2 years of experience applying lean tools in manufacturing and business processes.

  • Proven ability to execute complex projects and achieve measurable results.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.

  • Demonstrated leadership in motivating and managing cross-functional teams across all levels.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and a strong aptitude for digital technology.

  • Solid understanding of supply chain management and business financials.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing, supplier quality, or materials management with Oracle planning tools.

  • Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification.

  • Track record of leading and driving organizational change with humility and results-oriented focus.

  • Visionary thinker with the ability to inspire innovative experimentation.

Additional Information

  • Travel: Up to 15% domestic and international travel, based on business needs.

  • This role is full-time onsite at Appliance Park in Louisville, KY .
