Kelly Services Reach Truck Operator in Louisville, Kentucky

We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating reach trucks, along with performing pick and pack duties. The position requires a commitment to working mandatory overtime as needed.

Position: Reach Truck Operator

Schedule: Monday to Friday

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 Pm - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate reach trucks and forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.

  • Perform half of the workday as a forklift operator and the other half engaged in pick and pack operations.

  • Conduct inspections of equipment to ensure operational safety.

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience operating a reach truck.

  • Proven work experience as a forklift operator.

  • Ability to work mandatory overtime as required.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
